ROME (AP)---Ezra Pound, the expatriate America poet who broadcast for Fascist Italy in Word War II, will be 80 today. Pound plans to celebrate with friends in Paris on his first visit to the French capital since he was released from a Washinton mental hospital seven years ago. Pound was born Oct. 30, 1885 in Hailey, Idaho.
